FACILITIES

Our church has been blessed with excellent facilities.  They must be utilized in such a manner as to promote the spiritual and moral growth of the church family and the surrounding community.  We must do all we can to assure that all of it is used and maintained in ways that will glorify Him.  Please see the notes on page two of this document if you would like more information on how to reserve a facility for your event or function.  Please submit this form in person or via US Mail to the church office as a signature is required.
