Dear Church Family,
I have some sad news to share this Monday morning. First, Margaret Mills nephew, Travis Mills, passed away this past weekend. He had been on our prayer list as he battled a debilitating and terminal illness. He had been hospitalized of late but Margaret shared with me yesterday at church that he was able to make it home and died peacefully there and for that we can be thankful. Please pray for Margaret and her family as they navigate this time of grief and loss. There will be a private family graveside service.
Also, during the early service yesterday Macwayne Williams received the sad news that his nephew, Michael Williams, had suddenly passed. Michael is Betty Williams youngest grandchild and Ronnie and Diane William’s son. Ronnie and Diane were long time members of the church until 2009 and Michael along with his two sisters; Brandie and Christie were all baptized here in our sanctuary. Please remember in prayer the Williams family.
Funeral plans are pending for Michael and we’ll post that information as it becomes available.
