Truth Trackers and Tiny Trackers

Whether your child is a toddler or if they have moved on to being a “big boy” or “big girl”, we have a children’s ministry to suit their needs. For children younger than kindergarten, we have Tiny Trackers where they will enjoys crafts and be introduced to the basic teachings of Jesus Christ. For the older kids, kindergarten through 5th grade, we offer Truth Trackers” where children will begin taking a deeper look at their faiths and learning lessons on living a Christ-centered life.

Both groups meet each Wednesday night at 6:30PM, following our Mid-Week Fellowship meals (5:30PM). It’s a win-win: your kids get to have fun with their friends while learning about who Jesus is in their lives, and parents get a cheap meal with friends!

Grounded Youth

Eventually they grow into their teenage years and our youth move from being “big boys” and “big girls” to teenagers that can make decisions on their own. This time is important for them as Christians to help them make wise decisions and learn how to make decision to live life to it’s fullest, just the way God intended.

Grounded Youth was invented to give youth the support they need during these hard and exciting times. Like our other youth and children’s ministries, Grounded Youth meet on Wednesday nights at 6:30PM.  Meetings take place in the basement which is 100% dedicated to our youth. The Mid-Week meals at 5:30PM give them an opportunity to enjoy eating with their friends and help them to build relationships with other Christians. If you want more information, please contact us.

Nursery and Sunday Services

On Sundays we offer several services to see to your children’s needs. Obviously your children are more than welcome to enjoy our worship services, but we understand that sometimes it is easier for you to enjoy your own worship experience better with a little help in the child-watching department.

We offer nursery services for your infants and toddlers during our Freeway 8:36 services as well as our Regular 11AM services. We have a regular schedule of people to serve in our nurseries which ensure that the people watching after your children are motivated and put your child’s safety and spiritual development first. Scouting

Bowling Green Baptist Church hosts Cub Scout Pack #173 (Chartered through the Caroline Ruritan Club). Pack meetings are open to boys in 1st grade through 5th grade. Pack meetings are held on the 1st Monday of every month at 6:30PM.  Our church office can provide a point of contact for Pack #173.  If you have an older boy or a girl that would like to get involved in Boy Scouting or Girl Scouting, our Cub Scout master can give you information on those organizations as well.

Boy Scouting is a century-old organization dedicated to the moral and practical development of young boys, including the education of wilderness and real-world skills. Cub Scouting, being the younger-aged branch of Boy Scouting, focuses on the moral development of young boys and establishes a foundation for wise decision making and service to his family and community that will be built upon in Boy Scouting.
